Uptown Conversations was created during Wino Willy’s displacement from New Orleans during Hurricane Ida. MLTZR and Wino Willy linked to craft these Jazz tinged electronic instrumentals
wrought from the storm. Love, Ulysses was invited to sketch some words detailing his recent lived experience and wove together a narrative describing a relatable juxtaposed to the chaotic yet melodic instrumentals. This is a journey into self from an Uptown perspective.
